St. John's Wart and benefits

Welcome to a short read on this beautiful herb that has so many wonderful uses. In oil form this infusion is best used as a massage/body oil, but can also be incorporated into lotions, salves and creams. I make it specifically as a body oil since the oil absorbs into the organs.

Topically this oil helps heal wounds, treats burns, relieves muscle pain, treats depression, boosts immunity, treats arthritis, relieves the burn from sunburns. With a few drops rubbed into insect bites or areas of inflammation the oil stimulates the immune function and prevents infection.

For many home herbalists, this one oil is the go-to herbal oil because of the vast uses and soothes any and all pain. This is the one oil my grandparents used to cure all their pain issues from sprains to muscle spasms to arthritis and for skin ailments like shingles and eczema. This, like dandelion is an old-time remedy that still works today but is often overlooked by those trying to find a home cure instead of using medicated creams.

If one was to use this oil daily, St. John's Wart absorbs light, therefore creating a thin layer of protection between the skin and sun, therefore this remedies sunburns. This oil surprisingly provides relief from bladder pain with or without infections. All one has to do is rub it into the lower back &/or belly.

Other uses that this oil helps and cures, is digestive support, chronic pain, muscle cramps, aches, spinal pain, nerve pain, and this oil is great for kids going through growing pains and bruises.
